Abstract:Active camouflage transforms original image into another meaningful and recognizable image so as to hide the target object (Region of Interest)and avoid enemy detection.The technology has wide application in fields such as national security,military communications.At first,the concept,principle,characteristics and typical algorithms of digital image active camouflage are introduced.Secondly,the shortcomings of existing camouflage algorithms are pointed out,i.e.the visual physical and psychological factors are neglected in camouflage processing,and the camouflage effect needs to be further improved.To achieve adaptive fusion of the target and background in digital images and obtain a good camouflage effect,digital image Active Camouflage Schemes based on Visual Perception (ACSVP)are proposed by combining visual optics,visual physiology and visual psychology factors.Key technical problems and possible solutions of the ACSVP scheme are further analyzed.Finally,application prospects of digital image active camouflage technology are discussed.
