    摘要:

    大型船舶航行于复杂的海洋环境中,受到风浪、海流、撞击等各种载荷的影响,因此船体必须具有足够的强度。光纤光栅传感器体积小,灵敏度高,抗电磁干扰、耐腐蚀能力强,能有效测量船体各部位的受力变形,为船舶在运行过程中提供监测和评估。本文设计制作了适合船用封装的光纤光栅(FBG)传感器,并对其进行了温度和应变传感特性测试。最后分析了光纤光栅船舶状态监测系统的组成及实施方案,对进一步深入研究具有指导作用。

    Abstract:

    Large ships sail in complex marine environment,which are subjected to waves,currents,impact and other effects of various loads.Therefore,the hull must have enough strength.The FBG sensor which has the merits of small size,high sensitivity,good electromagnetic compatibility and strong corrosion resistance,can effectively measure the force-resulted deformation of the hull and provide status monitoring and evaluation during the running of the ship.This paper designs a packaged fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor which is suitable for the ship hull to test its temperature and strain characteristic.The composition and work theory of the fiber Bragg grating ship structure monitoring system are introduced.
