To improve the reconstructed coding visual effect of fractal image,a new image coding algorithm is developed using adaptive block method integrated with classification techniques for multiple types of blocks which can reduce the coding time.Using proposed coding algorithm,the coding visual effect is improved a lot and the coding time is reduced by thousands of times.Finally,a rapid fractal image coding effect can be realized.
