    摘要:

    针对小口径火炮性能测试时难于准确测量炮口扰动角度的问题,提出了基于光学杠杆原理的非接触式炮口扰动角测量方法。根据小口径火炮发射过程中的振动规律,建立修订了炮口扰动角与光电位置传感器(PSD)二维坐标间的数学模型,并在实验室条件下,搭建模拟实验系统,验证了光学杠杆理论模型的合理性、准确性。为系统测试功能的最终实现奠定了数学基础,为测量火炮炮口扰动角及其振动规律提供了重要参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the accurate measurement of muzzle disturbance,it is proposed a method of non-contact measurement that can test the muzzle disturbance angle based on the principle of optical lever.According to the vibration law of the small-caliber artillery in firing process,a mathematical model between the muzzle angle and the two-dimension coordinates of Position Sensitive Detector(PSD)is established.A simulation system is built and the rationality and accuracy of the theoretical model of optical lever has been verified.It lays the mathematical foundation for the practical test system and provides reference for the analysis of muzzle disturbance angle test.
