The photon time distribution at the target surface and at the radar surface are analyzed using Monte Carlo method.For the photon time distribution at the target surface,the relationship between the target depth and the photon time peak value is approximately linear,but the relationship between the target depth and the normalized photon number conforms approximately to the negative power law.For the photo time distribution at the radar surface,it is found that the normalized photon number received by radar decreases as the wind velocity increases.When wind velocity increases to a certain value,the influence becomes unobvious.
