According to linear TDI IRFPA′s characteristics,a new SAR ADC method is presented,and the corresponding ROIC has been designed.The model is simulated at SMIC 0.18 μm,when the ROIC SNR reaches 80.2 dB and the power consumption is only 230 μW.The result shows that this ROIC has small area and low power consumption.At the same time it can satisfy the conversion rate and SNR demand.
