The current development situation of laser communication and laser ranging techniques was introduced at home and abroad． As the limitation of space condition and the increasing demand for integration of laser communication and laser ranging, integration technique of laser communication and ranging must be the future develop tendency． Based on this, this thesis analyses the latest research and achievement of foreign integration technique of laser communication and ranging． At the end of this thesis, the prospect of integration technique of laser communication and ranging is summarized as well．
