Abstract:How to build up an efficient accurate and quick airplane’s infrared radiation model along the sightline is always a bottleneck problem in the IRCM simulation. In order to solve this problem, based on the radiation characteristic of airplane main infrared radiation source, the classical radiation theory and jet dynamics theory, a quick and accurate computation method is put forward. Firstly, the airplane radiation is divided into two main parts, skin radiation and exhaust system radiation. Then, for the complex calculation of exhaust system radiation, based on the SLG model, the corresponding discrete equation is derived, and a calculation model is built up. At last, simulation and analysis is made and the results compared with the measured data in the reference. The simulation results show this method is accurate, and has important application value in the IRCM simulation.
