    研究了使用近红外透射光谱法对四种乳制品品种进行快速鉴别的方法。首先对样品光谱进行多元散射校正等预处理,然后对处理后的光谱进行小波基为db3,分解尺度为6的小波压缩,最后以压缩后光谱数据作为输入变量,分别采用BP-ANN、RBF-ANN和SVM-ANN三种人工神经网络建立品种鉴别模型。结果显示,当光谱预处理方法为多元散射校正加S-G平滑加小波变换(MSC+S-G+WT)时,三种网络对样品的鉴别率均达到了100%。所以近红外光谱技术可以实现对乳制品品种的快速无损鉴别。

    Abstract:

    The rapid discrimination of four kinds of dairy is studied by near infrared transmittance spectroscopy (NITS). The spectra of samples are preprocessed by methods such as multiplicative scatter correction(MSC),then,they are compressed by wavelet function db3 and compression level 6. The models of discrimination which use the processed spectra as inputs are established by BP-ANN、RBF-ANN and SVM-ANN respectively. The results show that all the discrimination rates of the networks are 100% when the spectra are processed by the mixed method multiplicative scatter correction adding S-G smoothing and wavelet(MSC+S-G+WT). Overall,the rapid and non-destructive discrimination of dairy can be realized by using NIR.
