    摘要:

    介绍了激光引偏角测量系统的组成和工作原理;引用扩展不确定度评定方法,对激光引偏角测量系统测量不确定度进行了分析,明确了激光引偏角测量系统标定标准偏差、激光跟踪标准偏差、电视跟踪标准偏差、电视测角标准偏差是构成激光引偏角测量不确定度的主要因素;提出了激光引偏角测量系统在使用过程中减小测量不确定度的措施。

    Abstract:

    In the article,the composition and work theory of laser deception angle measurement system are introduced.By quoting the evaluation method of expanded uncertainty,the measurement uncertainty for laser deception angle is analyzed.The main factors of the measurement uncertainty for laser deception angle are confirmed,including demarcate standard deviation of laser deception angle measurement system,standard deviation of laser tracking,standard deviation of television tracking and standard deviation of television angulation.The methods which can decrease the uncertainty of measurement in the process of using the laser deception angle measurement system are presented.
