    摘要:

    针对高品质红外非线性晶体GaSe难以生长、加工的问题,研究了垂直布里奇曼法籽晶定向生长技术。制备出20 mm×50 mm完整单晶,探索了加工工艺,对样品进行了粉末衍射,能谱等测试,晶体在1.06~15 μm波段吸收系数约为0.05~0.16 cm-1,完整性、光学质量均较好。演示了9.3~10.6 μm波段的CO2激光倍频实验,输出4.65~5.3 μm对应倍频光。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of growth and treating of large high quality GaSe infrared crystal,the seed aided vertical Bridgman technique and “puck” cutting method are studied.Finally,boule size of GaSe crystal with 20mm in diameter and 50mm in length is obtained;some samples are prepared under different directions.There are characterized with X-ray diffraction,EDS spectrum and so on.Absorption coefficient about 0.05~0.16cm-1 in the range 1.06~15 μm is achieved.Frequency doubling from 9.3~10.6 μm to 4.65~5.3 μm for a TEA CO2 laser is demonstrated.But how to avoid the deformation of crystals under this cure technique for direct phase matching experiments is still a big challenge.
