It is proposed a complex infrared scene simulation system which can simulate the scene of the seeker of IR imaging guided anti-ship missile on the sea surface.For the spatial parameters of the IR scene,firstly the coordinate systems for describing the spatial information and their relationship are introduced.Then the strategy of calculating both the objects′ and background′s spatial parameters is discussed.The IR characteristic of the simulated scene is analyzed,including the IR signature of different kinds of objects,sea surface background and atmosphere.Finally the process of the whole simulation system is presented.Experiment shows that the proposed system can effectively simulate the complex infrared scene on the sea surface,and it is proper for the study related to IR imaging guided anti-ship missiles.
