The laser beam propagation characteristic of Cassegrain optical antenna is analyzed theoretically.Several important factors (includes antenna gain factor，angle factor，distance factor，obscuration ratio，etc.) affecting the quality of laser beam in space optical communication have been researched in detail.This provides a theoretical basis for practical research on light-transfer characteristic of optical antenna in atmospheric laser communication system and has important practical value.
