    摘要:

    为了获得小体积高功率3~5 μm中红外激光输出,通过高重复频率驱动调Q技术和种子注入光放大技术,获得高功率高光束质量1.06 μm光纤激光输出,外置起偏器获得两束激光输出,利用波片偏振旋光原理,实现两束偏振态一致的激光输出,泵浦非线性晶体PPLN进行频率变换,实现高功率3~5 μm中红外激光输出。在电源输入电流 60 A,调Q驱动频率 50 kHz 的条件下,获得最高功率6.2W的3.8 μm中红外激光,1.06 μm 到3.8 μm转化效率为16%。实验结果表明:通过光纤激光器泵浦光参量振荡器,可获得高功率3.8 μm中红外激光输出。

    Abstract:

    To acquire small volume and high power mid-IR laser,1.06 μm high power and high beam quality fiber laser output is obtained by using high repetition frequency driving Q-switched synchronization technology and seed injection magnify technology.The outputs of two beam laser are obtained in exterior polarizer,and plates polarized optical principle is adopted to acquire laser outputs of two beam polarizer identity,PPLN is pumped to obtain high power 3~5 μm Mid-IR laser output.As the input current is 60 A and the Q-switched frequency is 50 kHz ,the max power of 3.8 μm laser output is 6.2W,1.06 μm to 3.8 μm conversion efficiency is 16%.Experiment results indicate that fiber laser pumped optical parametric oscillator can be used to obtain 3.8 μm high power Mid-IR laser output.
