The frequency stabilization of Nd∶YAG laser feedback interferometer is studied.The effect of temperature and pump power on total internal cavity Nd∶YAG microchip laser frequency is discussed,and the effect of frequency change of laser feedback interferometer on measuring error is analyzed.To achieve the goal of frequency stabilization,the methods of designing reasonable structure and controlling temperature are adopted.In the experiments,the relationship of temperature,frequency and output power is analyzed,and the device and the system are optimized.The result of frequency stabilization reduces the measuring error obviously,and the performance of instrument is improved,it can meet the requirements of high precision measurement.
