Using the characteristic matrix method,the light field formula of wave and wave in 1D photonic crystal is derived.The light field distribution of wave and wave in the inner of photonic crystal is studied during the total reflection tunnel in 1D photonic crystal.Light field of wave and wave cannot decrease with the increase of the spread depth in the total reflection tunneling peak.Light field of wave and wave quickly decreases to zero with the increase of the spread depth when there is no the total reflection tunneling peak.These results show the distribution of light field of wave and wave in 1D photonic crystal is demonstrated,and the formation rules of light field distribution of the total reflection tunnel in 1D photonic crystal are further understood.
