To get rid of the dependence on import high speed scanner in scanning infrared thermal imaging system and lower the cost, a self made high speed scanner is made. It uses the galvanometer with moving magnet photoelectric angle detection function. PID and Double-Loop Feedback scanning control servo system are also used. By experiment and test, the performance of the self made component is proved to be similar to that of the import component. The performance meets the design requirements.
