Abstract:Due to all optics elements fixed on the supporting base of infrared camera,imaging quality of infrared camera is directly influenced by structure rigidness of supporting base. To realize high rigidness,light weight and small volume of supporting base,firstly,design request of supporting base is put forward on the base of requisite performances of infrared camera,designed optics system and applying condition on the airborne platform. Then,“U” type supporting base and trunk supporting base is designed to lightweight by UG and two structures of supporting base are respectively analyzed by Patran. Contrasting to analysis results of two structures,maximal distortion of “U” type supporting base is 6.8 times of the trunk one and maximal stress of “U” type supporting base is 3 times of the trunk one. After trunk supporting base being chosen,its mode analysis and experiment for its resonance frequency is made. Resonance frequency of trunk supporting base is about 560 Hz,which satisfies application requests of airborne platform. The designing and analyzing method is proved to be right.
