    摘要:

    建立了飞机机体红外辐射强度的计算模型。在综合考虑气动对流作用、环境辐射、内热源加热、蒙皮热传导等因素的基础上建立了热网络方程,由此导出壁面热流密度函数,并将其作为浮动的热边界条件,通过机体外流场的数值计算得到了机体表面的温度分布,并计算得出不同视线方向上、不同波段的机体总体红外辐射强度,在计算视线上的机体总辐射时考虑了面元之间的遮挡,最后讨论了太阳辐射、飞行速度、飞行高度对飞机机体红外辐射的影响。

    Abstract:

    The calculation model of airframe’s infrared radiation was established. Based on the factors of aerodynamic heat convection,environmental radiation,internal heat source’s radiation and heat conduction on air-craft’s skin,the thermal network equation was established,a wall heat flux function was derived as a flexible thermal boundary condition,and airframe’s temperature distribution was obtained by numerical calculation of airframe’s external flow field. Then the total infrared radiation intensity of airframe with different gazing directions and different wavelength was calculated. The obstruction between skin cells is considered when the airframe’s total radiation on the line of sight is calculated. Finally,the effect of sun radiation,flight speed and flight altitude on airframe’s IR radiation is discussed.
