Aiming at the serious effect of the inner radiation stray light on system imaging,an analyzing method of inner radiation stray light for IR system based on Lighttools and Matlab is put forward.Though the analysis,the surfaces that introduce the stray light are determined,and stray light elimination measures are put forward.The results show that the method has good effect and applicability for the searching of the inner radiation stray light.
