    摘要:

    针对基于DMD的红外场景仿真系统要求,本文提出了适合对DMD进行窗口更换的方法,为DMD窗口更换提供了借鉴,提高了基于DMD红外场景仿真系统的性能;首先对各种红外材料的性能及适用性进行分析;其次对适合DMD的窗口封装技术进行了分析,DMD窗口封装技术比常规窗口封装技术更复杂,需考虑的因素更多,如温度、压力、空气氧化以及静电等的影响;最后以对型号0.7″ XGA的DMD芯片窗口更换为例,对更换窗口前后的DMD芯片性能进行测试,并给出了测试结果。测试结果表明,实验中所用DMD窗口更换方法能满足基于DMD场景仿真系统要求。

    Abstract:

    To meet the demand of infrared scene simulation system based on the digital micromirror device,the replacement technology of DMD window is put forward,which can improve the performance of infrared scene simulation system based on DMD.Firstly the capability and applicability of different kinds of infrared material are analyzed.Secondly,the packaging technology that is suitable for DMD is analyzed,the packaging technology of DMD window is more complex than the general packaging technology of window,more influences must be taken into account,such as temperature,press,oxidation and static electricity.Lastly,taking the example of the replacement of the 0.7″XGA DMD window,the performance of DMD is tested and the results of test are given.The testing results show that the technique can meet the demand of the infrared scene simulation system based on DMD.
