The theory of non-destructive testing technology such as shearography and thermography etc are introduced. Aluminum honeycomb samples with artificial defects are detected with shearography and thermography,and high quality detection images are obtained. Large-scale honeycomb structure products in aerospace are detected practically by shearography,the results show that shearography has high sensitivity and efficiency,and it is very suitable for honeycomb structure products in aerospace.
