    摘要:

    钢铁腐蚀是威胁工业安全生产的重要原因之一,采用脉冲涡流热成像缺陷检测技术对钢板表面腐蚀进行了检测和评估。用二维感应加热模型分析了腐蚀表面几何形状对感应加热温度分布的影响,根据实验结果提取腐蚀缺陷的表面温度均方根对腐蚀程度进行表征,并研究了涂层对钢板腐蚀程度评估的影响。用主成分分析法、因子分析法和脉冲相位法重构感应加热红外图像,提高了腐蚀缺陷的识别能力和腐蚀程度的评估能力。

    Abstract:

    Steel corrosion is one of the most serious problems for industrial safety. In this paper,steel surface corrosion is detected and evaluated by pulsed eddy current thermography. A two-dimension inductive heating model is built to analyze the influence of corrosion geometry on its surface temperature distribution. Corrosion extent is then characterized by the root mean square of the surface temperature base on experiment data. The effect of coat on the steel corrosion extent is also studied. With principal component analysis method,factor analysis method and pulse phase analysis method,the infrared images of the steel samples are reconstructed to improve the abilities of corrosion recognition and corrosion extent evaluation.
