Baffle and vanes are designed and optimized in order to reduce the influence of stray light on space infrared detecting system. Based on optical design and analysis software ZEMAX,analysis model of optical-mechanical structure was established,and the irradiance of stray light was calculated by using a non-sequential ray tracing method. This stray light was obtained as sun light reached the detector surface by multiple reflections from polished lens surfaces and diffused scattering from rough mechanical surfaces. The parameters of baffle and vanes are optimized based on calculation results,which meet the needs of the system.
