In order to improve the accuracy and speed of cat-eye effect target recognition,a quick method of cat-eye effect target recognition based on local features is proposed.This method makes full use of regional characteristics of cat-eye effect target in the images,removes background interference and recognizes targets.The experimental results show that,compared with the method based on compressive sensing,this method can recognize cat-eye effect target in short distance quickly and accurately.
