    摘要:

    红外焦平面探测器的筛选需要专用的测试系统。驱动电路作为测试系统中的一个基础模块,在整个测试系统中发挥着重要作用。设计了一款新的驱动电路,对其偏置电压、时序逻辑电路、信号输出部分分别进行了介绍,并从整体上增加了设计优化措施。测试结果表明,此款电路噪声相对较低,并且具有可控性高、通用性强的优点。

    Abstract:

    The screening of infrared focal plane detectors needs special testing system.As a basic module in the testing system,driving circuit plays an important role in the testing system.A novel driving circuit was designed.The bias voltages,sequential logical circuits and the signal outputs of this driving circuit were described respectively.And some optimization measures were applied in the whole design.The testing results show that this circuit has a lower noise,and it also possesses the advantages of high controllability and strong commonality.
