    摘要:

    用自制耦合器搭建了全光纤激光振荡器,通过不同的泵浦方式对全光纤激光器进行了实验研究。实验装置中加入包层光剥离器,纤芯/包层分别为20/400 μm的有源光纤作为增益光纤。实验中未加特定的冷却装置,选用2个110 W激光二极管分别进行前向和后向泵浦,在总泵浦功率223.6 W时,前向泵浦方式中获得激光功率输出152.2 W,光-光转换效率69%;后向泵浦方式中,激光功率输出156.5 W,光-光转换效率70%。最后,进行了双向泵浦实验,泵浦光功率443.8 W时,1080 nm近单模激光功率输出311 W,光-光转换效率70%。进一步增加泵浦功率,会获得更高功率的1080nm激光输出。

    Abstract:

    Using self-developed side-pumped couplers,a multipoint side-pumped,ytterbium-doped double-clad all-fiber laser was built,and this laser was studied under different types of pumping.In the experiment,cladding optical dissector was added;gain fiber was active fiber of 20/400 μm.The setup didn’t have specific cooling device.When the maximum pump power is 223.6 W,the output power for forward pumping is 152.2 W,and the center wave length is 1080 nm,optical-optical conversion efficiency is 69%;for backward pumping,the output power of 1080 nm is 156.5 W,optical-optical conversion efficiency is 70%.Maximum output power of 311 W is obtained with the pumping power of 443.8 W for double-end pumping;optical-optical conversion efficiency is 70%.
