    摘要:

    数值分析了激光照射岩石后岩石表面的温度场分布,在不同的岩石种类、岩石尺寸、激光功率、照射时间等因素下开展了对岩石的近红外大功率激光射孔实验研究。实验结果表明不同类型岩石由于其组成成分不同,而造成射孔效果存在差异;当边界效应消除时,岩石尺寸对射孔效率基本没有影响。对于同一类岩石,射孔过程中存在特定的激光功率使岩石射孔效率达到最高。激光射孔效率随着照射时间的增加而减小,岩石所处环境会影响激光射孔效率。

    Abstract:

    The temperature distribution of the rock surface was numerically analyzed after the rock was irradiated by laser,and near-infrared high power laser perforation of rock was experimentally studied under condition of different rock types,rock size,laser power,irradiation time and other factors.The experimental results indicate that the different types of rocks have different perforation effects due to its different components.When boundary effects are eliminated,rock size has no effect on perforation efficiency.For the same type of rock,there is a specific laser power during drilling,and it can make the rock perforation has the highest efficiency.The efficiency of laser perforation decreases with the increase of laser perforation irradiation time.Meanwhile,the environment will affect the rock laser perforation efficiency.
