    摘要:

    基于多体系统运动学理论,以两轴立式光电转台为研究对象,对转台的各项结构误差进行分析,得到了转台拓扑结构图,建立了转台结构误差模型,推导出包含各项结构误差的转台综合误差公式,并借助Mathematica软件进行了转台误差数值仿真,分析了不同结构误差项对转台指向精度的影响,为转台的误差分配、误差设计、误差分离与误差测量奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    Based on the theory of multi-system kinematics,each structure error of the two-axis optic-electrical turntable was analyzed,and the topology structure of the turntable was obtained.Error model of turntable structure was established,the formula of turntable composition error including every structure error was derived.The turntable errors were numerically simulated by Mathematica software,and the influence of different structure errors on the pointing accuracy of the turntable was analyzed,which lays a foundation for distributing,designing,separating and measuring of turntable errors.
