    摘要:

    为有效抑制舰船发动机排出烟气产生的突出的红外辐射特征,进行了两级喷雾冷却降温的实验研究。实验结果表明:通过两级喷雾冷却使烟气温度显著降低,实验中两级喷雾压力的最高工况可使发动机各工况下的排气温度控制在330~360 K的范围内。实验确定了发动机各工况下的两级喷雾最佳喷雾压力和流量的数学模型,得到了喷雾后烟气温度降低至最低稳定值所需的响应时间,针对该响应时间,为发动机工况转换时喷雾系统工况的提前调整提出建议。本文研究可为实现舰船发动机排气系统红外抑制的主动控制提供数据支持和模型依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to suppress the obvious infrared radiation characteristics of ship engine’s exhaust gas,a two-stage spray cooling experiment was done.Experimental results show that two-stage spray cooling makes gas temperature decrease obviously.When the first spray pressure and the second spray pressure are at the best spray pressure respectively,the gas temperature under any condition can be controlled within the range from 330 K to 360 K.The models of the best spray pressure and the flow rate of the two stage sprays are obtained by experiments.The respond time of the gas temperature tending to the stable value after spraying is obtained,and the suggestion of adjusting the spray working condition is given based on respond time when the engine working condition changes.The research can provide data and referable models for suppressing the infrared radiation characteristics of ship engine exhaust gas system.
