Abstract:The galvanometer scanning laser marking system based on the USB bus is researched,which used FPGA as the main control unit.The working principle is introduced,and the system hardware architecture and hardware structure of FPGA are analyzed and designed.the curve interpolation algorithm model based on FPGA is established by using DSP Builder,and the simulation analysis result proves the feasibility and practicality of this method.The system can read the original marking data from the U disk,and complete the control of the vibration mirror after data processing,which lay a foundation for realizing the offline marking.Finally,the actual control system was tested.The results show that the system can applied for real-time,high-speed,and high-precision laser marking.
