    摘要:

    根据传统激光标刻控制系统中现有标刻数据传输与处理模式存在硬件构成冗余复杂等缺点的问题,提出一种基于集成多模块嵌入式系统的解决方案,通过数据传输方式的改变,实现整个激光标刻生产控制模式的改变,从而使激光标刻脱离工控机及标刻控制软件,且可实现网络在线、离线标刻等功能。该方案以MCU与RTL8019AS芯片构建的嵌入式以太网实现数据的接收与发送,通过MCU I/O口的分时复用扩展SRAM并实现对激光发生器和振镜扫描头的并行控制。方案中,待标刻数据通过TCP以太网网络传输,该系统将接收后的字符数据进行算法转换,形成激光点阵控制数据,最终实现点阵扫描式激光标刻。综合实验表明系统整体具有良好的鲁棒性和高效的标刻速度。

    Abstract:

    As data transmission and processing mode in traditional laser marking control system have the redundant and complex hardware constitution,a solution scheme based on embedded system was proposed. The control mode change of the whole laser engraving production was achieved by changing the way of data transmission,so that laser marking don’t require the industrial computer and the control software,moreover,it can realize online and offline engraving,etc. The receiving and transmission of the data are realized by the embedded Ethernet based on MCU and RTL8019AS,and the concurrent control of the laser generator and galvanometer scanning is implemented through the time-sharing of the microcontroller I/O ports. In this scheme,the needed marking data are transmitted through TCP network,and then these received characters are transformed into laser dot matrix control data by marking algorithms,and finally,the dot matrix scanning laser marking is realized. The results show that the system has good robustness and high marking speed.
