According to the matrix transfer theory,the mathematical model is established to analyze the transfer of beam in two-pass image transfer systems.In the ZEMAX software,the model of ray tracing is built.Through the research on the off-axis of the beam and the tilt of the lens,it is found that the off-axis transmission and tilt of lens have large influence on the beam quality.The key for the optical design of similar systems is to set the F number of lens,and to make the system aberration least by optimizing the off-axis of lens and the tilt angle of lens in the case of no devastating ghost image.
