    摘要:

    针对板条激光器出射光束的尺寸控制问题,设计了一个在X方向扩束倍率为14~20×,Y方向扩束倍率为1.25~1.55×的二维连续变焦扩束光学系统。通过对三组元变焦系统的分析,在理论上推导出固定组、变倍组以及补偿组之间的运动轨迹。利用ZEMAX对理论值进行优化,使系统像差满足使用要求。该系统工作波长为1064 nm,可将尺寸在一定范围内的出射光束扩束整形至35~40 mm。该系统具有结构简单、变焦行程短以及变焦曲线平滑等优点。

    Abstract:

    For the size control problem of slab laser’s output beam,a two-dimensional continuous zoom beam expender optical system is designed which expander ratio can reach 14~20× in the direction of X and 1.25~1.55× in the direction of Y.The movement rule of the fixed part,zooming part and compensating part are derived through the analysis of the three component zoom lens.The theoretical value is optimized by the ZEMAX,which makes the aberration of the system meet the requirement.Working wavelength of the system is 1064nm,and the size of output beam in a certain range can be expanded to 35~40 mm.The system has some advantages of a simple structure,a short zoom distance and a smooth zoom path.
