Abstract:According to stimulated Raman scattering effect,multi-wavelength laser signal of coaxial output can be produced by using Raman crystal as medium.This kind of laser has the characteristics of compact structure,high pulse energy,tunable wavelength,etc,so it has important applications in full-color laser imaging and displaying,electro-optic countermeasure.The basic principle of stimulated Raman scattering and general Raman laser structure were introduced.The domestic and overseas research progress of multi-wavelength laser based on Raman crystal was presented,and the deficiencies that the stimulated Raman scattering is used to generate multi-wavelength laser were summarized.For the problems that the high-order scattering light is difficult to generate,multi-wavelength laser signal covers a narrow spectrum,the output power is low,the tuning mode is single,the development directions of multi-wavelength laser technology are proposed.
