    摘要:

    针对工作温度对光伏型锑化铟探测系统作用距离的影响,通过将特定器件的载流子输运与热噪声方程结合,得到温度与器件归一化探测率的关系,并将其提升到系统级,得到工作温度变化条件下,系统作用距离模型;在模型的基础上,设定探测条件并进行仿真,得到系统作用距离随工作温度变化曲线,分析了温度对系统作用距离的影响;为验证模型准确性,设计并进行了不同温度条件下系统作用距离的实验,对比了仿真与实验结果,并分析误差原因,得出该模型符合实际情况的结论,对改善系统工作环境及优化使用方法有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    For the influence of operating temperature on detection range of InSb photovoltaic detection system,the relation between operating temperature and D* was obtained based on carrier transport in detector and Johnson noise,and the detection range model of the system was built under temperature variation.On the basis of this model,the variation curves between detection range and temperature are gotten through simulation experiment,and the influence of detection range on operating temperature is analyzed.To validate the veracity of this model,the experiments of detection range under different temperatures are carried out,and the experimental results are compared with the simulation results,and then the error is analyzed.These results show that this model is suitable for the actual situation,which has an important significance for improving system operating environment and application.
