Abstract:In order to study the influence of metal material on optical Tamm state in M-PC-M structure,Drude-Lorentz dispersion model is used to study the characteristics of the gold and silver complex refractive index,and the change rule of the real part and imaginary part of complex refractive index with the wavelength are obtained.The optical Tamm state change rules with silver layer thickness,incident angle and cycle number in Au-PC-Au and Ag-PC-Ag are compared and studied.The results show that there will both appear two optical Tamm states in Au-PC-Au and Ag-PC-Ag,they are OTS1 and OTS2.The change rules of center wavelength and transmission peak of optical Tamm state in Au-PC-Au and Ag-PC-Ag with silver layer thickness,incident angle and cycle number are the same.But the transmission peak of optical Tamm state in Ag-PC-Ag is significantly larger than the transmission peak of optical Tamm state in Au-PC-Au.OTS1 and OTS2 separation degree in Ag-PC-Ag is significantly larger than OTS1 and OTS2 separation degree in Au-PC-Au.
