    摘要:

    采用双面法脉冲红外热成像无损检测技术提取了碳纤维层压板冲击损伤特征信息。依据红外热图序列,分析有无冲击损伤区温差的时间历程曲线,提出根据温差时间历程曲线上升沿梯度最大值作为选取最优热图的性能指标。为了验证,对碳纤维层压板进行超声C扫检测,并用Image J对处于温差时间历程曲线上升沿的热图和超声C扫图进行图像处理,获取碳纤维层压板的冲击损伤特征信息,然后以超声C扫结果为标准计算误差,结合温差时间历程曲线上升沿梯度值进行分析。结果表明:梯度最大值对应的热图冲击损伤面积误差最小,并且离梯度最大值越远,误差越大,说明根据温差曲线上升沿梯度最大值从热图序列中选取最优热图的方法是可行的。

    Abstract:

    The impact damage features of carbon fiber laminated board were extracted by double-side pulse thermography non-destructive testing method. According to the infrared image sequences,the curve of temperature difference between damage regions and reference regions with time was analyzed,and the optimal infrared image was selected through the maximum gradient value of the curve rising edge. The impact damage of carbon fiber laminated boards was detected by ultrasonic C-scan,and infrared images at the curve rising edge and ultrasonic C-scan image were processed by Image j to obtain the impact damage features of carbon fiber laminated board. Then the impact damage area error in infrared images was calculated compared to ultrasonic C-scan. Finally,the impact damage area error was analyzed according to the gradient of curve rising edge. The results show that the impact damage area error of infrared image is minimum when the gradient of rising edge curve is maximum. The farther away from the maximum gradient,the bigger is the impact damage area error. This illustrates that the method which selects the optimal infrared image from infrared image sequences based on the maximum gradient in curve rising edge of temperature difference is feasible.
