空泡层环境下水中微小气泡的成像探测研究

    摘要:

    为了分析实验条件的改变对透过超空泡层的微小气泡成像的影响,以选择最优的成像条件,本文在不同的实验条件下透过模拟超空泡层对直径为微米量级的微小气泡进行探测成像,并将结果图像进行处理,计算气泡群密度数与理论值进行比对判断成像效果。实验结果表明在探测角度为90°时成像最为清晰,直径越小的气泡对电流的敏感程度越高,随着电流增大能清晰成像的气泡数越多,但在一定程度达到饱和。在一定程度的界面扰动下,气泡数密度越大,可识别的气泡个数受扰动影响越为明显。

    Abstract:

    In order to analyze the influence of experiment conditions on the imaging of the microbubbles across the supercavitation layer,the microbubbles with micron diameter across a simulated supercavitation layer are detected and imaged in different experimental conditions,and the obtained images are processed.Through comparing theoretical value and calculated value of bubble population density,the imaging effect is judged.The result shows,when the detection angle is 90°,the images of the bubbles is clearest.The bubbles with smaller diameter have the higher sensitivity towards current.The clear imaging number of bubbles is more with the increase of the current,but become saturated when the current reaches a certain degree.After adding disturbance,it is found that the influence of disturbance on the identifiable bubble number is more obviously when bubble density is bigger.
