Based on the finite element analysis method,three-dimensional axisymmetric numerical simulation model of long pulse laser irradiation materials was established,and then finite element laser data were obtained through the mesh dissection of broken laser speckle. Transient temperature field and thermal stress distribution of materials were analyzed respectively in the actual and ideal Gauss laser. Based on this,the influence of the complex propagation environment on laser processing was studied. Through the simulation model,numerical simulation software of interaction between laser and material was developed with the Java language.
