    摘要:

    针对低对比度下小目标常被大量背景杂波和噪声干扰,检测结果不理想的问题,提出了一种基于视觉注意机制与自适应双结构元素形态学滤波的红外小目标检测方法。根据人类视觉对比机制对图像进行感兴趣区域(ROI)提取以确定候选目标,通过提取轮廓获得候选目标的尺寸,并由获取的尺寸自适应构造双结构元素。运用双结构元素形态学滤波抑制噪声和杂波信号,用中值滤波对形态学滤波后的杂点噪声进一步抑制。实验表明本文提出的算法能有效抑制噪声干扰,显著提高目标信杂比,准确检测弱小红外目标,算法具有很好的鲁棒性和实时性。

    Abstract:

    Small target under the low contrast is often disturbed by a large number of background clutter and noise,so it is difficult to detect the small target. An infrared small target detection algorithm based on the human visual attention and adaptive dual structure elements morphology filter was presented.Based on human vision mechanism,the ROIs of the image are extracted to determine the candidate targets,and then the sizes of the candidate targets was obtained by extracting its contours,which adaptively constructed the structural elements of morphology filter. In ROIs,clutter and noise signal were suppressed by using the adaptive dual structure elements morphology filter,and then clutter and noise signal were further suppressed by using median filter. Experimental results show that the algorithm can suppress noise signal effectively,improve SCR of the targets and detect the infrared dim small target accurately,and it has good robustness and real-time performance.
