    摘要:

    时刻鉴别模块的定时精度是脉冲激光三维成像系统距离分辨率的主要影响因素,选择合适的时刻鉴别方法对系统设计具有重要意义。本文依靠Simulink模数混合仿真特点,在Simulink中对前沿阈值、恒比定时及高通容阻等几种时刻鉴别方法进行了实现,并根据系统参数自定义激光波形,分析了激光脉宽在0.1~10 ns、入射角在50°~90°及目标距离在0.1~10 km等情况下恒比定时法及高通容阻法的定时误差。仿真结果证明高通容阻法要略优于恒比定时法。相较于从统计学角度分析时刻鉴别总体误差,这种方法能够更好地结合激光波形特征和电路特性动态反映各种时刻鉴别方法在不同情况下的定时误差,为实际应用中的时刻鉴别方法选择提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The precision of time discrimination module is the main influence factor for the range resolution of pulse laser 3D imaging system,and the selection of time discrimination methods has an important significance for system design.Some typical methods of time discrimination in the Simulink were realized,such as frontier threshold,CFD and CR-high pass time discrimination.Combined with simulation of laser echo,the errors of CFD and CR-high pass time discrimination were analyzed under the conditions of pulse width from 0.1~10 ns,incidence angle from 50°to 90°and target distance from 0.1~10 km.Simulation results show that the error of CR-high pass time discrimination is better than that of CFD.Comparing with statistical analysis,this method can dynamically show the errors of various time discrimination methods under different circumstances based on laser waveform feature and circuit characteristics,which provides a reference for the selection of time discrimination methods in the practical application.
