    摘要:

    光纤激光器在-40~60 ℃温度范围内恒流驱动时输出功率受LD泵浦源频移等温漂特性的影响而产生波动,影响其在复杂环境下的使用。设计了一种光纤激光器温度自适应调节电源,通过温度反馈控制网络和线性控制恒流源自动调节驱动电流,使光纤激光器输出功率稳定。在-40~60 ℃的测试过程中,光纤激光器输出功率波动在±3%以内,远优于未修正前12.75%的衰减,且无需额外的温控器件和驱动电路,便于光纤激光器和驱动的小型化和轻量化集成。

    Abstract:

    The fiber laser drived by constant current in -40~60 ℃ range can not work normally in complex environments due to the influence of temperature drift of LD pumps and others. A new current source of fiber laser with temperature adaptive adjustment was designed. Driving current can be automatically adjusted by temperature feedback control network and linearly-controlled constant current source,which can maintain the stability of fiber laser output power without adding additional devices such as TEC and deriver. In the measurement of -40~60 ℃,output power fluctuation of fiber laser is ±3%,while output power has the attenuation of about 12.75% before correction.It is beneficial to the miniaturization and lightweight integration of fiber laser and drive.
