In order to meet the various needs of optical source in quantum key distribution (QKD) system,based on the characteristics of DFB laser,a precise and adjustable bias drive scheme was designed for the 1550 nm wavelength DFB laser.Taking FPGA as control core,the host computer software was used to control the input,which can give DC precise bias current of 0~50 mA for the DFB Laser.Thus,the switch among different emitting modes of optical source is completed,which meets the various needs of optical source in QKD system.
