    摘要:

    针对连续激光辐照表面存在切向气流的旋转靶目标,数值求解温度场分布以及热烧蚀效应。首先,综合切向气流、固液相变和目标旋转的影响,给出柱坐标下三维瞬态热传导方程,建立激光对旋转靶目标的热烧蚀模型。其次,分析热烧蚀过程中,物质在固态、固液态和液态之间的转化关系,提出一种改进的“单元生死法”处理旋转烧蚀过程中的边界移动问题,并采用有限容积法数值求解热烧蚀模型。最后,数值模拟温度场分布和热烧蚀效应,分析靶目标旋转速率对温度场分布和热烧蚀效应的影响。分析结果表明:靶目标的旋转,导致最大烧蚀深度不断减小,圆柱面的烧蚀区域逐渐增加,并对温度场分布产生一定影响。

    Abstract:

    The distribution of temperature field and thermal ablation effect were solved for continuous laser irradiated rolling target under tangential air flow.Firstly,considering the influences of tangential air flow,solid-liquid phase change and target rolling,the 3D transient heat conduction equation was given in cylindrical coordinates,and the thermal ablation model of laser irradiated rolling target was established.Secondly,according to material state transforming relationship among solid-state,mushy-state and liquid state,an improved element deletion method was put forward to deal with boundary moving during ablation.The finite volume method was adopted to solve the thermal ablation model.Finally,the influence of target rolling velocity on temperature field distribution and thermal ablation effect was analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the maximum depth of ablation decreases and ablation area on cylindrical surface increases with target rolling,which lead to temperature field changes.
