摘要:

本文报道了一种体光栅作为输出镜的窄脉宽、窄线宽、高峰值功率、高光束质量的主动调Q固体激光器,具有体积小、结构紧凑和环境适应性强等优点。采用LD端面泵浦,体光栅耦合输出、紧凑型电光调Q谐振腔技术。在工作频率为10 kHz时,获得了脉冲宽度为1 ns,脉冲能量117 μJ,光束质量为M2x=1.756,M2y=1.773,在室温25 ℃时,中心波长1064.444 nm,线宽（半高宽）与中心波长漂移量36 pm的激光输出。

Abstract:

In this paper,a solid state laser with narrow pulse time,narrow line width,high peak power and high beam quality,which end pumped,active Q-switched and volume brag grating technologies are used.On the repetition of 10 kHz,pulse width of 1ns,single pulse energy 117 μJ,optical quality M2y=1.756,M2y=1.773,central wavelength 1064.444 nm and Δλ=36 pm at 25 ℃are obtained.
