    摘要:

    利用计算机软件对固体激光器进行数值分析对于激光器设计与优化具有重要的理论指导意义。按照软件来源不同,目前固体激光器设计软件可分为个人开发软件和专用商业软件两种。由于专用商业软件较个人开发软件具有更高的集成度和计算效率而被广泛应用到实践中。采用商业固体激光器设计软件的典型代表ASLD,理论设计了一台典型的调Q激光器,并实际测试了该激光器的输出效果。通过分析理论仿真和实验结果之间的误差得出如下结论:使用商业软件进行固体激光器设计时的确能显著提高设计效率,但也需要对软件使用的物理模型有足够的了解。当软件采用的物理模型能够满足实际需求时,输入合理的初始参数,该软件才能正常工作。当软件采用的物理模型精度不够时,仍然需要进行二次开发或者重新开发。

    Abstract:

    The numerical analysis of solid state lasers using software has important theoretical guiding significance for the design and optimization of the laser.According to the different sources of software,the design software of solid state lasers can be divided into two kinds:personal development software and special commercial software.The special commercial software has been widely used in practice because of its high integration and computational efficiency.The ASLD as a typical commercial design software was used to design a typical Q-switched laser,and the output effect of the laser was tested.By analyzing the error between theoretical simulation and experimental results,the following conclusions were drawn:the use of commercial design software for solid-state laser can significantly improve design efficiency,and the physical model of the software must be adequately understood.When the physical model of the software can meet the actual needs,the software can work properly through inputting reasonable initial parameters.When the physical model of the software is not accurate,the second development of the software must be carried out.
