    摘要:

    溶解度是反映试剂溶解性的重要参数,针对传统方法如平衡法、动态法等测定溶液溶解平衡终点由于人眼目测误差的缺陷进而给实验结果带来误差以及效率低下,自动化程度低等问题,提出了一种基于朗伯-比尔溶液光学吸收定律,采用稳定的激光光源照射、灵敏的PIN光电二极管探测、计算机动态采集温度-时间和光强-时间的自动化动态高效检测系统。设计组装了一种激光-光电检测-数据采集的固液溶解度动态检测实验装置,建立了基于激光强度动态吸收度检测的固液溶解度自动化高效检测系统。采用10 ~ 50 ℃之间的氯化钾-水体系为标准体系对实验装置进行了可靠性检验。结果显示,半导体激光器的输出光功率稳定,光强波动范围为±0.7 mW;测得氯化钾-水溶液体系中氯化钾溶解度误差为±0.005,与文献值吻合良好。该检测系统可以克服传统检测方法的不足,大大提高了溶解度检测的精度和效率,可满足不同行业的需求。

    Abstract:

    Solubility is one of the important parameters to reflect the reagent solubleness. Some traditional methods such as balance method and dynamic method can measure dissolved balanced end of the reagent,but the human eye visual defects make the experiment results have bigger error and these methods have low efficiency,low degree of automation. Aiming at these problems,an automatic dynamic detection system based on the Lambert-beer law was proposed. The system includes a stable laser source,a sensitive PIN photodiode and a computer dynamic sampling system of temperature-time and light intensity-time. A solid-liquid solubility dynamic testing experiment device was built based on the laser intensity dynamic absorbance. The experimental device was used in a reliability test by using potassium chloride-water system in the range of 10~50 ℃ as a standard system.Results show that the output of the semiconductor laser power is stable and the light intensity range is ±0.7 mW;the solubility error of potassium chloride in water is ±0.005 and this is consistent with that of the literature. The system can overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods and greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of solubility test and can meet the needs of different industries.
