Ablation effects induced by millisecond pulse laser were investigated by experiment measurement and numerical simulation.The ablation process and temperature rise rule of single aluminum alloy plate were measured under 1053 nm solid pulse laser irradiation.The numerical model of temperature change and ablation process of the aluminum alloy plate was established by using complete jetting ablation model.The numerical results agree well with the experimental results,which proves that the ablation model is effective.The numerical model can extend to three-dimensional situation.
