Aiming at cooling process of infrared thermography non-destructive testing technology by square pulse excitation,the differential equation of heat conduction in detected objects was built,and then the analytical solution of the differential equation was solved,and the reasonability of the differential equation and the analytical solution was proved by experiments.According to the analytical solution,the thermal image processing methods were also studied.This research provides a guidance for the practical application of the technology.
